      Recommended System Requirements


      Recommended system requirements regarding hardware and operating system are:

      • Processor: x64 and compatible with CPU (Intel/AMD/Apple), min. 2.5 GHz, i5 or higher;
      • RAM: 4GB or higher;
      • Graphics card: compatible with OpenGL 4.0;
      • Graphics memory: min. 512MB;
      • Monitor resolution: full HD or higher (min. logical resolution 1080x810);
      • Disk space: 1GB of free disk space;
      • Chrome web browser - last 2 major versions (check the latest version here);
      • Internet connection 100Mbps;
      • Antivirus and firewall to protect data, whenever possible.

      Minimum system requirements regarding hardware and operating system for PeekMed web to work correctly are:

      • Processor: x64 and compatible with CPU (Intel/AMD/Apple), 2.0 GHz, dual-core;
      • RAM: 4GB;
      • Graphics card: compatible with OpenGL 2.0;
      • Graphics memory: 256 MB;
      • Monitor resolution: Full HD (min. logical resolution 1080x810);
      • Disk space: 1GB free disk space;
      • Chrome web browser - last 2 major versions (check the latest version here);
      • Internet connection 50Mbps.

      Updating your system components may change compatibility with PeekMed web. Always keep your antivirus and firewall up to date to avoid unauthorized access and potential loss of information. 

      Check if any settings or security features on your device and/or web browser (e.g., antivirus, firewall, chrome privacy settings) are not blocking the communication between your device and PeekMed web servers.
