How can I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your account password there are two ways you can reset it: in the software's login window or in the PeekMed® website.

In the login window:

At the bottom of the window you can click “here”. You will be redirected to the reset password window.

Type your email address (the one you have registered with your account).

In the website:

1. Click “Login”.
2. Click “Forgot your password”.
3. Type your email address (the one you have registered with your account).

You will then receive in your inbox an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.
