The template database update failed. What can I do?

If your templates database is not updating or there is an error, please try this solution.
1. Go to /Users/<YOUR_USER>/Library/Application Support/Peek Health S.A./PeekMed/TemplateDB (on macOS) or C:\ProgramData\Peek Health S.A\TemplateDB (win);
2. Delete the file TemplateDB;
3. Download templates again
