1. Define the location on your disk where you want the CSV file to be exported

To save the pre or post operative CSV files automatically, you first need to define the location on your disk where you want the CSV file to be exported. You can do this on Settings:

Click on Loader view > Settings > System Preferences > Preferences; or

Click on File > Settings > System Preferences > Preferences:

  1. On the Implants Register Export section, check the Export files automatically checkbox;
  2. Click on Select folder button and set the pathway where you want the CSV, DICOM and PDF report file to be saved automatically;
  3. Then click Save and Exit.

Note: If you enable "Do not group within a folder", all the files will be saved directly in the first folder path.

If you wish to choose which path the files are sent to, the "Do not group within a folder" checkbox has to be disabled.

2. Select the CSV file you want to save automatically (Pre or Post).

When you send files to a pre configured PACS station (check PACS Configuration section), the CSV file can be automatically exported to your disk:

Click on Report > Send to PACS:

    • Check the Set as post-operative evaluation checkbox, if you want to save the CSV file with the post-operative revision;
    • Uncheck the Set as post-operative evaluation checkbox, if you want to save the CSV file with the pre-operative planning.

When you click on the Send button, the CSV, DICOM and PDF report files are automatically exported to the local folder that you defined previously. If "Do not group within a folder" is unchecked, all the files are saved in a folder that has the same name as the CSV file:

[PeekMed_$DD-MM-YYYY-HH:MM_$TypeOfPlanning_$PatientName_$PatientID_$AccessionNumber_$Age_$DateofBirth]
