How to install (Windows Version)

Now that we have covered the system and clinical requirements, and setting up your account it’s time to install the software!
PeekMed is compatible with both Windows and MacOS. To install on Windows, please follow the installation instructions below.

1. Download the installation file provided in the email with the credentials.
   The installation file is also available here: https://www.peekmed.com/resources.
   
   
   
   Make sure that the computer is connected to the Internet and check if your Antivirus or Firewall is not blocking the communication between the PeekMed software and its servers. If so, please add the PeekMed application to the “white list”.
2. Double-click the file "PeekMed.exe" and follow the instructions provided by the installer.
   
   
3. To uninstall, find PeekMed in the Start menu. Right-click it, select uninstall and follow the on-screen steps to complete the uninstallation process.
