There is a difference between logging in on the website and logging in on the software.
Logging in on the website only allows you to access your account (profile and subscription information), resources (download links and knowledge base) and cloud storage. The login window on the website looks like this:
To start planning your surgeries you have to download the software on your computer. You can find detailed information on how to install and start planning in the section “Getting Started”.
