What to do when I can’t login due to an “internet connection failed” error?

If you are trying to use PeekMed and the message "Internet connection failed" appears, please try these solutions.

 

Solution 1
Step 1 - Allow PeekMed application outbound traffic rules on any firewall/antivirus application which might be installed on the local computer;
Step 2 - Add the URL https://api.peekmed.com to the whitelist of the intranet proxy/firewall, if applicable;


Solution 2 (only if you are using Windows)
