When the software starts running, it requires you to login using your username and password. The username is the email address you signed up with and in which you should have received a password. In case you forgot your password there’s also an option to restore it. After the first login, please change the original password. It is also possible to activate multi-factor authentication through the Profile on the PeekMed website.
Bear in mind that although you can install PeekMed in multiple computers, you can only login on one at a time.
Beware: The security of communication is guaranteed since communication is encrypted. Do not share your login credentials to prevent improper access and ensure the safety and security of the data.
